Unique Escapes is a travel brand focused on curating personalized, high-quality itineraries. We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Sales Operations Coordinator to support daily sales workflows, quotes, and client communications in a fully remote role.

You will manage leads, booking records, and reporting, collaborate with suppliers and the internal team, and help optimize processes to scale the business.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning web-based travel, CRM, email marketing, and booking tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process by managing leads, inquiries, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate client records, booking details, and sales documentation.
• Prepare travel quotes, itineraries, and reservation summaries using approved travel tools.
• Coordinate communication between clients, travel suppliers, and internal team members.
• Track bookings, payments, deadlines, and outstanding client requests.
• Create and maintain organized spreadsheets, reports, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist with email marketing, social media content, and client relationship follow-up.
• Research destinations, hotels, cruises, and travel packages to support client planning.
• Provide excellent, professional customer service by phone, email, and online platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and support business growth.
