Job summary

Unique Escapes is seeking a Business Sales Operations Coordinator to support daily sales operations, client campaigns, and booking administration for a growing travel brand.

This remote role emphasizes organization, clear communication, and proactive workflow improvements. You will handle leads, maintain client records, prepare quotes, coordinate with suppliers, and assist marketing efforts to drive client satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time management and attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning web-based travel, CRM, email marketing and booking tools.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated remote workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines.
• Customer service or travel-industry experience advantageous but not required.
• Interest in travel, luxury travel, cruises, resorts and destination planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process by managing leads and follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate client records, booking details, and sales docs.
• Prepare travel quotes, itineraries, and reservation summaries using approved tools.
• Coordinate communication between clients, travel suppliers, and internal team members.
• Track bookings, payments, deadlines, and outstanding client requests.
• Create and maintain organized spreadsheets, reports, and SOPs.
• Assist with email marketing, social media content, and client relationship follow-up.
• Research destinations, hotels, cruises, and travel packages to support client planning.
• Provide excellent, professional customer service by phone, email, and online platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and support business growth.
