Departure Travel is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Vacation Planner to support clients through every stage of their travel journey. You will excel in a remote environment, delivering timely communication and professional travel planning assistance.

The role emphasizes organization, empathy, and strong problem-solving as you handle inquiries, itinerary options, and post-booking follow-ups, while collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience
