Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking a remote Full-Service Travel Agent to plan and book domestic and international vacations for Members and non-Members. You will assist customers via phone, email, and web chat, recommending destinations and AAA benefits, while building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; travel school grads encouraged.
• 2+ years in leisure travel sales or related role.
• Experience with airline reservation systems and GDS.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel planning.
• Excellent communication, customer service, sales, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and book domestic and international vacations, including customized itineraries.
• Assist Members and non-Members via phone, email, and web chat.
• Recommend destinations and travel products based on traveler needs.
• Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.
• Stay informed about travel promotions, destinations, and industry trends.
• Process travel reservations in compliance with ARC regulations and AAA policies.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell travel products to enhance the experience.
• Meet sales and performance goals while delivering excellent service.
• Resolve travel-related issues and assist with itinerary changes.
• Provide guidance to fellow Travel Contact Center Associates when needed.
