Job summary

Airwallex is hiring for a Travel Sales role in the United States. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for travel businesses, addressing cross-border payments, FX exposure, and reconciliation challenges.

The role requires a proven track record in selling fintech solutions, building pipelines, and collaborating with Legal, Finance, and Strategy. This is a remote US-based position with opportunities to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside and/or field sales experience closing net-new business in a high-growth company.
• Customer-focused, consultative approach to sales.
• Experience leading the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, in complex buying environments.
• Track record of building and managing a robust pipeline through outreach, events, networking, and relationships.
• Strong pitching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Strategy.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for travel businesses, from prospecting through close, across complex buying environments.
• Build a robust pipeline through targeted outreach, industry events, strategic networking, and relationships across the travel vertical.
• Develop trusted relationships with travel businesses and expand opportunities across new travel sub-verticals.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Strategy, and other internal teams to structure successful partnerships.
• Improve customer outcomes by helping travel businesses use Airwallex's platform to address cross-border payments, currency exposure, reconciliation, and fragmented payment flows.
