Kim Luxe Travel is seeking a Remote Travel Assistance professional to support clients as they plan, prepare for, and experience their trips. In this 100% work-from-home role, you will provide guidance, handle travel-related requests, and ensure clients feel supported every step of the way.
You will communicate via email, phone, and messaging, assist with reservations, itinerary updates, cancellations, and special requests.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or support roles.
- Highly organized, reliable and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Fast learner with ability to adapt to booking systems and digital tools.
- Enthusiastic about travel and helping others travel with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
- Support travel reservations, itinerary updates, cancellations, and special requests.
- Provide guidance on destinations, travel requirements, and agency processes.
- Monitor upcoming trips and proactively reach out to clients as needed.
- Address questions or concerns professionally to ensure a positive client experience.
