Responsibilities
- Interact with clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging
- Assist with travel reservations, itinerary updates, cancellations, and special requests
- Provide clear guidance on destinations, requirements, and agency processes
- Monitor upcoming trips and proactively reach out to clients when needed
- Address client questions professionally to ensure a positive experience
