Kim Luxe Travel is seeking a Remote Travel Assistance professional to support clients as they plan, prepare for, and experience their trips. In this work-from-home role, you will provide guidance, handle travel-related requests, and ensure clients feel supported every step of the way.

You will communicate via email, phone, and messaging, assist with reservations, updates, cancellations, and special requests, and share destination advice and requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or support roles preferred.
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to booking systems and digital tools.
• Enthusiastic about travel and helping others travel with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms
• Support travel reservations, itinerary updates, cancellations, and special requests
• Provide clear guidance on destinations, travel requirements, and agency processes
• Monitor upcoming trips and proactively reach out to clients when needed
