Elite Escapes seeks a Remote Travel Customer Service Specialist to support clients before, during, and after their trips while helping design your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple inquiries with patience and professionalism.

• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone about bookings and travel details.
• Assist with changes, cancellations, refunds, and special requests per supplier policies.
• Troubleshoot issues before and during travel (reservations, payments, confirmations, upgrades).
• Provide clear information on destinations, policies, promotions, and requirements.
• Document interactions and follow up to ensure issues are resolved and clients are supported.
• Contribute to a positive brand experience that encourages repeat travel and referrals.
