Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Travel Customer Service Specialist. You will be the friendly voice behind unforgettable vacations, handling client inquiries before, during, and after trips while designing your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Access to a computer or smartphone with reliable internet.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude and eagerness to learn travel systems and policies.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone about bookings and travel details.
• Assist with changes, cancellations, refunds, and special requests per supplier policies.
• Troubleshoot issues before and during travel (reservations, payments, confirmations, upgrades).
• Provide clear, accurate information on destinations, policies, promotions, and requirements.
• Document interactions and follow up to ensure issues are resolved and clients feel supported.
• Contribute to a positive brand experience that encourages repeat travel and referrals.
