Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Travel Customer Service Specialist to support clients before, during, and after their trips. You will handle inquiries about bookings, changes, and travel details while enjoying the freedom to design your own schedule.

Full training and mentorship are provided to help you succeed. In this role, you will respond via email, chat, and phone, resolve issues, and maintain a positive brand experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Access to a computer or smartphone with reliable internet.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude and eagerness to learn travel systems and policies.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone about bookings, itineraries, and travel details.
• Assist with changes, cancellations, refunds, and special requests in line with supplier policies.
• Troubleshoot issues before and during travel (reservations, payments, confirmations, upgrades).
• Provide clear, accurate information on destinations, policies, promotions, and travel requirements.
• Document interactions and follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved and clients feel supported.
• Contribute to a positive, consistent brand experience that encourages repeat travel and referrals.
