Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Access to a computer or smartphone with reliable internet.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude and eagerness to learn travel systems and policies.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone about bookings, itineraries, and travel details
• Assist with changes, cancellations, refunds, and special requests in line with supplier policies
• Troubleshoot issues before and during travel (reservations, payments, confirmations, upgrades)
• Provide clear, accurate information on destinations, policies, promotions, and travel requirements
• Document interactions and follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved and clients feel supported
• Contribute to a positive, consistent brand experience that encourages repeat travel and referrals
