The Claros Travel is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Remote) to support clients from initial booking through post-trip follow-up, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and high-quality experience. This client-facing role requires empathy, reliability, and problem-solving in a hospitality-focused environment.

You will respond via phone, email, and messaging, assist with bookings and changes, provide destination information, and maintain accurate records in our booking platforms.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and booking systems.
• Able to manage multiple client requests efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Assist clients with luxury and leisure bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding destinations, services, and policies
• Coordinate reservation details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction
• Proactively follow up with clients before and after their journeys to ensure a positive experience
• Address client questions and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and booking platforms as required
