The Claros Travel is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Remote) to support clients from initial booking through post-trip follow-up, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and passionate about hospitality.

You will handle inquiries, assist with bookings, provide destination information, and maintain accurate records across systems.

Competenze

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Previous customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or service-related fields is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are important.
• Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and digital communication tools.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple client requests efficiently.
