The Claros Travel is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Remote) to support clients from booking through post-trip follow-up, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and passionate about hospitality.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and messaging, managing changes and cancellations for luxury bookings, and providing destination information with a client-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience (travel, hospitality, or service-related experience preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Assist clients with luxury and leisure bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding destinations, services, and policies.
• Coordinate reservation details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Proactively follow up with clients before and after their journeys to ensure a positive experience.
• Address client questions and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and booking platforms as required.
