Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, assisting with bookings, and coordinating itineraries while maintaining accurate records. A genuine interest in helping clients plan memorable experiences is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication is required.
• Past customer service in travel/hospitality is preferred.
• Strong organization and attention to detail are essential.
• Comfort with computers and booking/digital tools is necessary.
• Reliable and proactive with the ability to handle multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Assist clients with luxury and leisure bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding destinations, services, and policies
• Coordinate reservation details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction
• Proactively follow up with clients before and after their journeys to ensure a positive experience
• Address client questions and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and booking platforms as required
