Job summary

Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services seeks a Transition Manager, Lease Administration, to lead client implementations, manage vendor relationships, data extraction, migration and onboarding across a global team. You will oversee schedules, reports, and communication plans, ensuring timely and accurate transition delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in CRE lease administration or related fields, strong project and client governance skills, and the ability to work remotely with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the commercial real estate lease administration industry and/or accounting and property management fields.
• Experience with multiple commercial real estate database applications such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Viisual Lease or other portfolio management systems.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently, preferably remotely.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Track and manage project team’s accountability to scope, schedule, and budget for transitions.
• Provide quality control within the database to identify errors and inconsistencies during onboarding.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation and quality control process for transition projects.
• Maintain evergreen templates and develop account processes, procedures and playbooks inclusive of RACI chart.
• Prepare and lead with impactful communication and professional presence.
• Oversee data migration from legacy systems and target systems, data mapping, ETL processes or reconciliation between tools.
