Job summary

Colliers International seeks a Transition Manager, Lease Administration to oversee client implementations and the transition lifecycle from discovery to stabilization. You will manage schedules, reports, and communications while coordinating with global teams and ensuring accurate lease data input.

The role requires deep lease administration knowledge, strong project management, and mentoring of junior resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Experience with multiple CRE databases such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Viisual Lease.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with governance and reporting.
• Knowledge of FASB/IFRS accounting rules and contract review practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple transition projects, ensuring scope, schedule and budget alignment.
• Lead global teams, governance programs and client communications during transitions.
• Produce and validate reports and dashboards; provide training on lease systems.
• Oversee lease abstraction, data migration, and quality control throughout onboarding.
• Adjust processes and playbooks, maintaining RACI maps and templates.
