Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Transition Manager, Lease Administration to lead client implementations and manage vendor relationships across global accounts. The role oversees the full transition lifecycle, including data extraction, migration, validation, and stabilization, with emphasis on governance and reporting.

The candidate will manage multiple projects, mentor junior staff, and ensure timely delivery within defined scopes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, accounting, real estate, or related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with multiple CRE database systems (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Visudal Lease).

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire transition lifecycle from discovery to stabilization.
• Coordinate data extraction, migration, validation, and reporting for implementations.
• Lead project teams, track scope, schedule, and budget for transitions.
• Provide QC and dashboard/reporting support in Lease Administration systems.
• Mentor junior transition resources and ensure quality control across databases.
• Develop and maintain transition governance, playbooks, and KPI reporting.
