Job summary

CGS Immersive is seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to manage the scheduling and logistics of virtual instructor-led sessions. You will work with instructors, learners, and stakeholders to ensure schedules, requirements, and changes are communicated efficiently.

The role requires at least 5 years coordinating training programs, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel and MS Office. Remote work options and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
• 5+ years of experience in coordinating training programs, events, or similar activities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• High proficiency in centralized planning and scheduling software and in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS OneNote, and MS SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and logistics of virtual instructor-led training sessions.
• Communicate with instructors, learners, and stakeholders about schedules, requirements, and changes.
• Assist in creating and distributing training materials, handouts, and resources.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluations per procedures.
• Provide virtual support during sessions, troubleshoot issues, ensure smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to gather feedback and improve sessions.
• Support development and implementation of processes to streamline delivery operations.
