Job summary

CGS seeks a Program Manager/Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver training for a government client across internal and external audiences. The role involves collaborating with transformation readiness teams, creating instructional content, and delivering instructor-led and virtual sessions.

Qualifications

• Ability to design and develop comprehensive training approach, curriculum, and materials, including manuals, tutorials, and e-learning modules.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and guide the training team and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Experience with coordinating multi-channel training delivery (in-person and virtual).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training for internal and external audiences.
• Create user-friendly graphics and communications materials for guides, websites, and other media.
• Collaborate with VCF Transformation Readiness Team to schedule training and rollout.
• Develop myVCF system training using materials from System Integrator.
• Prepare communications and training materials, and track approvals with stakeholders.
