Job summary

CGS is seeking a Program Manager/Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver training for internal and external audiences for a government client. This role sits in the Project Management department and requires leadership of the training team to ensure schedules and quality deliverables.

The candidate will work with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team, design substantive curriculum, and produce media for guides and communications, including instructor-led and virtual sessions.

Qualifications

• Design and develop comprehensive training approach, curriculum, and materials including manuals, tutorials, and e-learning modules.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing training for clients.
• Strong leadership to manage training team and coordinate with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team Lead.
• Must be a United States citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Review draft Training Plans and finalize with transformation readiness team.
• Design, develop, and deliver substantive and role-based training per plan.
• Create end-to-end training for VCF staff on claims lifecycle and procedures.
• Create graphics and communication media for How-To Guides and website content.
• Support rollout and coordinate training schedule with VCF Transformation Readiness Team.
• Develop myVCF system training using materials from the System Integrator.
