Job summary

CGS seeks a Program Manager/Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver training for a government client. The role requires coordinating multiple training streams, collaborating with the transformation readiness team, and delivering end-to-end curriculum and materials for internal and external audiences.

You will lead the training staff, manage schedules, and ensure quality outcomes. Experience with Salesforce and Adobe Captivate is preferred; U.S.

Qualifications

• Design and develop a comprehensive training approach, curriculum, and materials including manuals, tutorials, and e-learning modules.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing training for clients.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing training and communications teams and schedules.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Experience using Adobe Captivate for training development.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must be a United States citizen.

Responsibilities

• Review draft Training Plans and collaborate with the transformation readiness team to finalize them.
• Design, develop, and deliver substantive and role-based training using test scenarios and system screenshots.
• Co-deliver substantive training for VCF staff on end-to-end claims lifecycle processes.
• Design and create user-friendly graphics for How-To Guides, website content, and other materials.
• Provide support to staff during rollout and determine training schedule and timeline.
• Design and develop myVCF system training using materials from the System Integrator.
• Design and develop communication materials including PowerPoints, handouts, and focus groups.
• Submit communications and training materials for approval and track through the approval process.
