Job summary

LaSalle Network is seeking a Training Coordinator to support a global training rollout. This four-month contract role focuses on organizing calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring clear cross-team communication across U.S. and international teams.

The position requires 3+ years in coordination/training logistics, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and the ability to work 20–25 hours weekly in a hybrid setting (3–4 days onsite).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in coordination, executive support, or training logistics.
• Exceptional organizational and scheduling skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with LMS systems preferred; exposure to SAP, HRIS, or CRM systems is a bonus.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills to ensure alignment across departments.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (3–4 days onsite per week).
• Able to work 20–25 hours per week to meet international training support needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain training calendars and agendas for multiple stakeholders.
• Schedule training sessions, internal meetings, and follow-ups with global teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling and logistics related to training activities.
• Track attendance and maintain detailed records of training sessions and outcomes.
• Support a team of super users and leads by keeping sessions organized and expectations aligned.
• Monitor ongoing progress and assist with light project coordination and reporting.
• Ensure all sessions are properly staffed, communicated, and aligned with the broader implementation schedule.
