Job summary

GP Strategies Corporation in Tampa, FL is seeking a dedicated Trainer / Instructor to design and deliver onboarding training for new hires across our consulting and learning services teams.

You will facilitate Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), conduct classroom and virtual sessions, and coach learners throughout the training journey while partnering with Learning & Development and operational teams.
