Job summary

Engine is seeking a Training Coordinator for a fully remote US-based role. You will deliver engaging training for new hires and upskill programs, monitor performance, and implement targeted improvement plans.

The role demands strong communication, SME participation, and autonomous decision-making while supporting members via multiple channels. You will collaborate across teams, manage records meticulously, and align training with established policies and workflows in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 1+ years delivering training in a BPO or high-volume call center.
• Expert-level use of Zoom, Google Workspace, LMS, and project tools (Asana preferred).
• Ability to interpret QA and CSAT data to identify performance gaps and propose solutions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; able to explain complex tech simply.
• Able to meet deadlines, follow reporting protocols, and work flexible hours including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions for new hires and upskilling, using standardized agendas and trainer guides.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify low performers, and create improvement plans.
• Manage classroom dynamics, reset expectations, and escalate ongoing issues to the Training Manager.
• Serve as SME during training initiatives and assist with operational testing.
• Provide top-tier customer service via phone, email, and chat, with autonomous decision-making.
