CrowdStrike is seeking a results-driven Instructor Manager to lead the delivery of training across CrowdStrike technologies. You will manage experienced instructors, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive revenue through customer enablement in a remote setting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years leading technical training, LMS expertise, and a strong security domain background. This role requires travel occasionally and offers growth in a mission-driven, AI-powered security environment.

• Leadership experience managing technical instructors.
• Experience delivering technical training courses.
• Experience administering LMS and virtual training platforms.
• Budget management for instructional teams.
• Data analytics for training effectiveness and KPIs.
• Domain expertise in SIEM, SOAR, Cloud, or AI tech.
