Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an experienced Instructor Manager to lead the delivery of CrowdStrike Training offerings across technologies. You will oversee a team of instructors, ensuring high-quality sessions, effective enablement, and data-driven improvements.

You will collaborate with sales and product teams, shape curricula, and drive customer outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to travel as needed to deliver training globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Minimum of 3 years in delivering technical training courses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and delivery of CrowdStrike Training offerings, including sales enablement, reporting, and metrics.
• Actively manage several instructors, including performance management and day-to-day leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline scheduling, enablement, and revenue growth.
• Serve as SME on training and contribute to course design and revisions.
• Communicate effectively with executives and technical teams.
• Create and maintain reports to monitor training performance.
• Work with sales teams to scope engagements and tailor training content.
