CrowdStrike is seeking an Instructor Manager to lead experienced instructors delivering training across CrowdStrike technologies. You will manage delivery, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and act as a training SME to design and revise courses for diverse audiences.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in leadership, LMS proficiency, and a strong background in endpoint security or incident response, with travel flexibility and a passion for innovative training methods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
• Minimum 3 years managing delivery of technical training courses.
• Experience administering LMS and virtual training platforms (Zoom, Teams).
• Budget and resource management for instructional teams.
• Track, analyze, and report training effectiveness and KPIs.
• Domain expertise in SIEM, SOAR, Cloud, or AI technologies for training.
• Experience teaching technical topics to varied audiences.
• Strong client-facing communication; executive presence.

Responsabilités

• Lead the implementation and delivery of CrowdStrike Training offerings.
• Actively manage several instructors including performance management and coaching.
• Coordinate cross-functional operations to optimize scheduling and customer enablement.
• Serve as subject matter expert on training, designing and revising courses.
• Communicate across all levels including exec leadership and support teams.
• Create and maintain reports to monitor training delivery performance.
• Collaborate with sales to scope engagements and tailor training content.
