Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an Instructor Manager to lead the delivery of our training offerings and manage a team of instructors across CrowdStrike technologies. You will drive sales enablement, reporting, and ensure high-quality training experiences for customers worldwide.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years in leadership of technical training, strong LMS and virtual delivery skills, and a proven track record in data-driven training improvement.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a technical training environment.
• 3+ years leading instructional teams and delivery of courses.
• Experience administering LMS and virtual training platforms.
• Experience managing training budgets and resources.
• Ability to track training metrics and KPIs.
• Domain expertise in SIEM, SOAR, Cloud or AI technologies.
• Ability to teach technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Professional, client-facing demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Desire to grow both technically and in soft skills.
• Proven project management capabilities.
• Ability to foster a positive leadership culture.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Experience using AI to enhance training and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and delivery of CrowdStrike Training offerings, including sales enablement, reporting, and metrics.
• Actively manage several instructors, including performance management and career development.
• Coordinate daily operations to streamline scheduling, customer enablement, and revenue growth.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on training design and revision of courses.
• Communicate with executives and technical support teams across CrowdStrike.
• Create and maintain reports to monitor training delivery performance.
• Collaborate with sales to scope engagements and tailor training content.
