CrowdStrike is seeking a results-driven Instructor Manager to lead a team of technical trainers delivering CrowdStrike training offerings across technologies and customer engagements. You will manage instructors, drive delivery quality, and collaborate with sales and product teams to scope and tailor courses.

You’ll leverage LMS platforms, track training metrics, and apply AI-enabled methods to improve learning outcomes while traveling occasionally to client sites or conference events.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing the delivery of technical training courses.
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training delivery platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation and delivery of CrowdStrike Training offerings, including sales enablement, reporting, and metrics.
• Actively manage several instructors, including performance management, career development, coaching and day-to-day leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and internal teams during daily operations to streamline scheduling, enhance customer enablement, and maximize revenue growth.
• Act as a subject matter expert on training, collaborating on the design and revision of current and new courses.
• Communicate effectively across all levels within CrowdStrike.
• Create and maintain operations, management, and ad hoc reports to monitor performance.
• Work with sales teams to scope new customer engagements, present to customers, and recommend training content.
