Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an Instructor Manager to lead delivery of technical training across CrowdStrike technologies. You will manage experienced instructors, drive training programs, and develop courses for diverse audiences including executives and engineers.

This role requires strong leadership, LMS proficiency, and experience with SIEM/SOAR, cloud security, and AI-enabled training practices. Remote-friendly with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Minimum of 3 years managing the delivery of technical training courses.
• Experience administering LMS and virtual training platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, virtual labs).
• Experience managing training budgets, resource allocation and software licensing.
• Ability to track, analyze, and report on training effectiveness and KPIs.
• Experience with SIEM, SOAR, Cloud, or AI technologies in training.
• Experience teaching technical topics to varied audiences, from technicians to executives.
• Professional client-facing demeanor; comfortable with executive settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; autonomous and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and delivery of CrowdStrike Training offerings including sales enablement and metrics.
• Actively manage several instructors with performance development and coaching.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline scheduling and maximize revenue growth.
• Serve as subject matter expert on training; design and revise courses.
• Communicate effectively across all levels within CrowdStrike.
• Create and maintain operational reports to monitor training performance.
• Collaborate with sales to scope engagements and tailor training content.
