Qualifikationen

• Domain experience in SIEM, SOAR, Cloud, or AI training.
• Ability to teach technical topics to varied audiences, from staff to executives.
• Professional client-facing demeanor and strong communication skills.

• Proven project management skills.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Aufgaben

• Lead the implementation and delivery of CrowdStrike Training offerings, including sales enablement and metrics.
• Manage several instructors including performance development and coaching.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline scheduling and maximize revenue growth.
• Serve as SME on training and help design and revise courses.
• Communicate with executives and technical staff across the company.
• Create and maintain operational and management reports to monitor training performance.
• Collaborate with sales to scope customer engagements and tailor training content.
