Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a motivated, self-driven training manager to lead experienced instructors delivering training across CrowdStrike technologies. You will champion sales enablement, reporting, and delivery while translating complex topics into engaging classroom sessions.

The role requires 3+ years in leadership, 3+ years delivering technical training, and expertise in SIEM, SOAR, cloud, or AI, with occasional travel and a focus on customer enablement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a leadership role leading technical instructors.
• 3+ years delivering technical training courses.
• Experience with LMS and virtual delivery platforms (Zoom, Teams).
• Capability to manage training budgets and licensing.
• Ability to track training effectiveness and KPIs.
• Domain experience in SIEM, SOAR, Cloud or AI tech.
• Proven instructional capabilities for diverse audiences.
• Professional client-facing demeanor in technical and executive settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive outcomes.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Experience using AI to improve decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and delivery of CrowdStrike Training offerings with sales enablement and metrics.
• Manage several instructors, including performance and career development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize scheduling and customer enablement.
• Act as SME on training; design and revise courses.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership and technical support.
• Create and maintain operational and management reports on training delivery.
• Partner with sales to scope engagements and present training content.
