Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Training Manager to lead a team of instructors delivering CrowdStrike technologies training globally. The role focuses on leadership, program delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to enable customers and drive sales alignment.

You will oversee training design, delivery, and metrics, coordinating with sales, product, and customer success while fostering innovation in training methods and leveraging AI tools to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in managing instructors.
• 3+ years delivering technical training courses.
• Experience with LMS and virtual delivery platforms (Zoom, Teams).
• Budget, resource management for instructional teams.
• Training metrics & data analytics experience.
• Domain expertise in SIEM, SOAR, Cloud, or AI tech.
• Instructional capabilities across audiences (tech to exec).
• Strong client-facing demeanor and communication skills.
• Autonomy with minimal supervision.
• Desire for continuous growth and learning.
• Proven project management skills.
• Leadership culture development.
• Occasional travel.
• Experience using AI to enhance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and delivery of CrowdStrike Training offerings.
• Manage several instructors, including performance and career development.
• Coordinate daily operations to optimize scheduling and customer enablement.
• Collaborate on course design and revisions with SMEs.
• Communicate with executives and technical teams across CrowdStrike.
• Create and maintain operations, management, and ad hoc reports.
• Collaborate with sales to scope engagements and tailor training content.
