Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated Training Manager to lead the delivery of training across CrowdStrike technologies. You will guide experienced instructors, translate complex topics into engaging lessons, and work with sales to scope and present training content to customers.

You will manage schedules, mentor instructors, and drive metrics to improve training effectiveness. This remote, US-based role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to world-class

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• 3+ years of leading delivery of technical training courses.
• Experience administering LMS and virtual training platforms.
• Budgeting and resource-management experience for instructional teams.
• Ability to analyze training metrics and KPIs.
• Experience with SIEM, SOAR, Cloud, or AI technologies in training.
• Experience teaching technical topics to varied audiences.
• Professional client-facing demeanor in technical/executive settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work autonomously and drive growth.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Ability to foster positive team culture and travel when needed.
• Proven experience leveraging AI to enhance decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and delivery of CrowdStrike Training offerings, including sales enablement, reporting, and metrics.
• Actively manage several instructors with performance management and coaching.
• Coordinate daily operations across teams to optimize scheduling and revenue growth.
• Serve as subject matter expert on training, designing and revising courses.
• Communicate effectively with executives and technical support teams.
• Create and maintain operational and ad hoc reports for performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Sales to scope engagements and tailor training content.
