Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Training & Capability Development Specialist to shape scalable learning programs for transforming operations. This role partners with leaders to translate complex processes into practical training that boosts onboarding and readiness.

You will design instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced courses, develop SOPs and job aids, and manage end-to-end learning initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 5+ years in learning & development, instructional design, training, or organizational capability building.
• Strong facilitation, content development, stakeholder engagement, and project-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience creating professional training materials.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear, effective learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of training and capability-building initiatives aligned with transformation goals.
• Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning programs.
• Create training materials, job aids, assessments, and process documentation for onboarding and upskilling.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to translate processes into effective learning solutions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and supporting documentation.
• Establish onboarding, upskilling, and role-based development programs.
• Coordinate training schedules, communications, and learning events across the organization.
