You will partner across the organization to create engaging programs that equip employees with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel. The role leads development of instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training, maintains SOPs and LMS content, and measures participation and effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in learning & development or instructional design.
• Strong facilitation and content development skills.
• Experience with LMS and training measurement.
• Ability to translate processes into learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of training initiatives aligned with transformation goals.
• Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced programs.
• Create job aids, assessments, and SOPs.
