Job summary

ABB is seeking a Training & Capability Development Specialist for US ELSE Commercial Operations to build and execute a comprehensive learning strategy that supports business transformation, process adoption, and workforce development.

You will partner with leaders to translate processes into effective learning solutions, design instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced programs, and develop SOPs, onboarding, and documentation while monitoring impact with LMS analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in learning & development, instructional design, training, or capability building.
• Strong facilitation, content development, stakeholder engagement, and PM skills.
• Experience creating professional training materials and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of training initiatives aligned with transformation goals.
• Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced programs.
• Create training materials, job aids, assessments, and SOPs.
