ABB is seeking a Training & Capability Development Specialist in the US to build and execute a comprehensive learning strategy that supports business transformation, process adoption, and workforce development. You will create engaging learning experiences and programs, partnering with leaders to improve capability and business outcomes.

Responsibilities include designing diverse learning formats, developing materials, SOPs, onboarding programs, and managing LMS content.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, training, or organizational capability building.
• Strong facilitation, content development, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience creating professional training materials and documentation.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear, effective learning experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of training and capability-building initiatives aligned with business transformation goals.
• Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning programs.
• Create training materials, job aids, assessments, and process documentation.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to translate processes into learning solutions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and supporting documentation.
• Onboard, upskill, and develop role-based programs.
• Coordinate training schedules and events across the organization.
• Maintain LMS content and resources.
• Monitor participation, compliance, and effectiveness using metrics.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
