Ladders is seeking a Director, Operations Training to craft the technical training strategy that supports high-performing operations teams in a complex, mission-critical IT environment.

You will define qualification standards, strengthen compliance, and partner with site leadership to identify gaps and drive best practices across the organization—ensuring safer execution and stronger operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical training or operations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience with technical teams.
• Experience with HVAC and critical electrical systems.
• Familiarity with BMS / EPMS applications.
• Background in power distribution systems in data centers.
• Track record of leading continuous improvement programs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical training strategy and oversee program development
• Govern technician qualification standards and implementation
• Manage LMS governance for training compliance and reporting
• Implement performance measures and identify operational gaps
• Lead emergency preparedness drills and improve execution standards
• Translate incident lessons into operational improvements
• Establish site audit standards and promote best practices
• Ensure training compliance with regulatory and company requirements
