Job summary

Integra Partners seeks a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement and coordinate our Operations training program. You will collaborate with Operations leadership and the executive team to support key business objectives and deliver best-in-class training solutions.

The role focuses on assessing organizational needs, driving change, and creating engaging training content for internal staff and external customers. Remote opportunities exist, with responsibilities across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Training & Development experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.
• Experience with Eloomi or other LMS platforms is preferred.
• Strong facilitation, communication, presentation and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement training content using different learning modalities.
• Create learner journeys based on job roles and competency levels.
• Own and improve New Hire Orientation content across departments.
• Track training progress and measure training effectiveness.
• Develop and implement change enablement strategies alongside leadership.
• Partner with application team leads to meet training needs efficiently.
