Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate a comprehensive Operations training program. The role collaborates with Operations leadership and the executive team to diagnose needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class training aligned with business strategy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Training & Development; healthcare exp preferred.
• Experience designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.
• Experience with traditional and modern training methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement training content using multiple modalities for internal employees and external customers.
• Create learner journeys based on roles and competency levels.
• Own and improve New Hire Orientation with department collaboration.
• Develop and deliver refresher training with subject matter experts.
• Track training progress and measure training effectiveness.
