Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate a comprehensive Operations training program. You will partner with Operations leadership and the executive team to diagnose needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class training to support business strategy.

The role emphasizes creating learning content across modalities, developing new hire programs, and measuring training impact.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Engineering, Education and Learning, Applied Behavioral Science, Organizational Development, or related field required; or 2 years of experience in training & development in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of experience in Training & Development, healthcare experience preferred in a training environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry processes (pre-authorization, utilization reviews, medical claims, regulatory/compliance).
• Experience designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
• Strong instructional design theory and learning principles knowledge.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement end-to-end training content using multiple modalities for internal staff and external customers.
• Create learner journeys by job role and competency level; address gaps and implement refreshers with SMEs.
• Own New Hire Orientation content; collaborate with operational areas to tailor department-specific content.
• Develop and deliver refresher trainings; identify weaknesses and work with leaders to improve performance.
• Track training progress, access, and effectiveness; optimize delivery and impact.
