Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate the Operations training program. You will collaborate with Operations leadership and the executive team to diagnose needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class training solutions aligned with business strategy.

Responsibilities include creating an end-to-end training roadmap, developing content, managing New Hire Orientation, and measuring program effectiveness while supporting change initiatives

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business Management, Human Resources, Engineering, Education and Learning, Applied Behavioral Science, Organizational Development, or related field; or 2 years of training & development experience in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of experience in Training & Development; healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry workflows, regulatory requirements, and claims processing.
• Experience designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate a comprehensive Operations training program.
• Create end-to-end training roadmaps and calendars with department leaders.
• Develop content using varied modalities for internal staff and external customers.
• Create learner journeys by job role and competency level.
• Own and improve New Hire Orientation in collaboration with ops teams.
• Deliver training for new hires and refresher sessions across operations.
• Track progress, measure effectiveness, and report status to stakeholders.
• Implement change enablement strategies and support corporate projects.
• Stay current with training trends and learning tools.
