Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, coordinate, and facilitate the Operations training program in collaboration with Operations leadership and the executive team. The role focuses on diagnosing organizational needs, driving change, and delivering best-in-class training solutions aligned with the business strategy.

Qualificações

• BS/BA in a relevant field or 2 years of training & development experience.
• Experience designing corporate training events and content.
• Familiarity with LMS tools and modern teaching methods.

Responsabilidades

• Develop end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with department leaders.
• Ensure policy execution across diverse locations and skill sets.
• Assess needs, define requirements, and measure training success.
• Design, develop and implement content across modalities with SMEs.
• Create learner journeys by job role and competency level.
• Own and improve New Hire Orientation with department content.
• Deliver refresher training with business partners and leaders.
• Track progress, access, and training effectiveness for behavior changes.
• Incorporate workshops, gamification, and retreats to enhance learning.
• Support change enablement strategies and optimize business processes.
