Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Remote In House Sales Manager to drive timeshare sales with a focus on mentoring, leadership, and process excellence. You’ll oversee the sales line, mentor teams, and model high standards of service while aligning with our Spirit of Service culture.

Competenze

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years mentoring, coaching, or supervising sales teams.
• 2+ years front-to-back sales experience in timeshare sales.
• Prior experience closing sales or sales management.
• Proficient with Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Active state real estate license (if required).
• Must reside in a state with an active Hilton broker relationship.
