Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Remote In House Sales Manager to drive timeshare sales and mentor a high-performing team. The role emphasizes technology use, flexible scheduling, and strong customer service aligned with our Spirit of Service culture.

The position requires a history of achievement in timeshare sales, leadership capabilities, and the ability to work in a virtual environment while meeting/exceeding targets and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Consistent track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
• 2+ years' of proven front to back sales experience within timeshare sales.
• Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience.
• Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence).
• Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship.

Responsibilities

• Generate maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining targeted net sales.
• Promote and support branded Hilton Grand Vacations culture.
• Mentor and lead sales team through coaching and modeling best practices and results.
• Maintain a professional image upholding integrity, quality and service to customers.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
