The role demands a proven background in timeshare sales, the ability to work evenings and weekends, and proficiency with Salesforce, Outlook, and related software.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success in timeshare industry.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays.
• Experience mentoring or supervising teams.
• Experience closing sales or sales management.
• Active real estate license (if required in state of residence)

Responsibilities

• Generate maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales.
• Promote and support Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture.
• Supervise and lead all aspects of the sales line through mentoring and role modeling.
• Maintain a professional image that reflects HGV standards of integrity and service.
• Work in a virtual, performance-driven sales environment using key tech tools.
