Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. is seeking a Remote In House Sales Manager to drive timeshare sales excellence from a remote in-house setting.

You will mentor the sales team, promote the Hilton brand, and model best-in-class customer service while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. The role requires a track record in timeshare sales, leadership experience, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales.
• Experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
• Experience in front-to-back sales within timeshare sales is preferred.
• Basic technical abilities to navigate CRM and office programs (Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Generate maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
• Promote and support branded Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture.
• Assist with supervision and lead all aspects of sales line through mentoring, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors and results.
• Must maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the HGV standards of integrity, quality and service to customers.
